Jude23 and Others Save with Fear

Having just completed reading the book Epicenter by Joel Rosenberg, I am again reminded of the impact of the prophecies contained in the Hebrew Holy Scriptures. Rosenberg in this book describes his heritage, his spiritual views and the sources of the drama he outlines in his three novels. He explains that his publisher asked him to explain his sources in a very straight forward piece that would be published in book form. His review of Hebrew prophecies comes alive when compared with the events of the day.

Could I enlist you to go buy the book I would. It is alarming to say the least. I had the advantage of having read one of the novels previously and then heard this author interviewed on the James Dobson radio show. I waited a couple days and discovered that there had been a run on the book stores and copies were now hard to find. A full schedule left me moving thru the book in about two weeks. I had been to those scriptures prior to, during and since Bible school. Some time had passed since studying them and I watched various TV preachers make their bread and butter using alarmist declarations. This man has had personal contact and interaction with numerous world leaders. He discloses information concerning actions of our own government that is available to us if we only knew where to look. He explains how a vortex has developed like none seen previously and that a prophesied placing of a hook in the jaw of Russia will one day draw that country into partnership with Middle Eastern countries in a full attack upon Israel.

The dramatic is not found here in the scriptures but with what events are actually taking place TODAY. Mr. Rosenberg’s appeal is for us to not neglect reviewing God’s Word as it lays out the events of our day. Finally, he is a blantant evangelical Christian who has been enlisted to work in Jewish, Christian and Muslim circles at the highest levels.

His third intense interest and perhaps his greatest is for you to protect yourself beyond all earthly defenses. What party wins the White House and controls Congress at his level of concern matters little if at all. He is not a defeatist nor does he set dates, although you may be tempted to do so. He is careful to caution using scriptural admonitions which include, man not knowing the day nor the hour but explaining that we should be able to see the season.

Now for my purpose in exposing you to the content of his literature. It is Biblically based and clearly distinguished what is novel and what he believes to be fact. Somehow mankind needs to be awakened to the fact that life is not going to just proceed lamely along as it has in the past. In fact history is full of recurring and frequent crisis. Governments appear and disappear in amazingly short periods of time, very often with great loss of life. Then each of us must consider what eternity holds. Is there a God. Has He communicated thru the Bible His intent. Does there lie a crisis that involves neglect of His Word.

For those of us who believe you are at great peril in neglecting the discovery and worship of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit directions can be found in the book of Jude in the Bible: 22 And of some have compassion, making a difference: 23 And others save with fear, pulling [them] out of the fire;.

Has the time come to scare you into heaven. Empty pews in churches on other than Christmas and Easter are mute but dynamic testimony of how asleep America is spiritually.
