Bro. Green continued preaching in our series in Revelation with the Church of Laodicea in Revelation 3:14-22 from the Antioch pulpit on September 13, 2009.

This sermon centers on Revelation 3:14–22, addressing the Laodicean church as a warning against spiritual complacency, self-sufficiency, and lukewarm faith, despite outward prosperity and activity. It emphasizes that Christ, identified as the faithful and true witness and the source of all creation, confronts the church not for lack of works, but for the poor quality of those works—marked by pride, materialism, and spiritual blindness. The passage calls for genuine repentance, urging believers to seek spiritual riches through Christ's righteousness, to clothe themselves in His purity, and to receive spiritual sight through His healing grace. The tone is both convicting and pastoral, stressing that divine correction is evidence of God's love, not abandonment, and inviting the hearers to examine their own hearts, embrace daily devotion, and rekindle zeal for Christ, recognizing that true spiritual vitality comes not from human effort or wealth, but from abiding in Christ's grace.

Bro. Green held to a Premillennial Dispensationalism view on the End Times, a position not held by our current Pastor, Mike Anthony. At Antioch, we do have a non negotiable on that topic: Jesus is coming back!
